Your initial password is the same as your Login ID and must be entered in lowercase letters.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have an apostrophe and/or space in your Last Name it has been removed from your Login ID and Password. If you have a hyphen and/or period in your Last Name it is included in your Login ID and Password.
